Our Story
San Antonio prayer group was formed in July 2011 under Austin Mar Thoma Church. We are a group of firm believers in Christ. We celebrate Holy Communion twice a month on every second Sunday and fourth Sunday either in Malayalam or English. We also have lay leader service on every Sunday and a prayer meeting on every Wednesday evening.
San Antonio Prayer Group gained congregation status on January 1, 2018 as per the kalpana from The Most Rt. Rev. Dr.Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa. We are about 24 families and still growing. We are excited about the opportunity God has given us to serve the San Antonio community and spread His word. We have Sunday School classes on all weekends to guide our next generation in the path of Lord.
